Rent Buddy an All-In-One Rental Management App

I led a team of fourteen to be among the first to solve the problem of how landlords could connect with their tenants and manage their rental properties, streamlining dozens of complex processes into a simple and intuitive user experience. Rent Buddy combined credit and background checks, rent payments, applications, listings, leases, and more into a single, automated, easy-to-use platform.

When I learned you could create an entire exchange with just code, I had to do it! I designed and coded Gwin from scratch using Solidity and the Ethereum blockchain. The platform's algorithms were carefully crafted to ensure maximum balance and performance for small and large markets, allowing you to confidently trade in even obscure markets, like data. All you need is a Chainlink price feed. The pools are auto settled, so there's no need to worry about the risk of absent exit liquidity.
