About Me
I'm a senior revenue analyst at SkyWest Airlines with an MBA, a finance degree, and 4+ years in product management. I manage airline revenue and build automation to turn complex data into business decisions. Alongside SkyWest, I founded Reluminate Labs and launched MindyCart to paying customers in 7 weeks. I work directly with customers, build and evaluate AI agents, and support the software after launch. From leading a team of 14 at Rent Buddy to building Touch of Color's estimating systems, I enjoy turning real customer needs into working products.

I built MindyCart, an AI agent that plans family meals and fills grocery carts by chat, and launched to paying customers in 7 weeks. Customer conversations drive the features I ship; evaluations guide how I improve the agent. A 230-run evaluation enabled a model swap with 92% lower cost per turn and 36% lower median latency.

Rent Buddy an All-In-One Rental Management App
I raised over $150K and led a team of 14 to launch Rent Buddy for paying landlords. I turned the first clients' needs into requirements and ran sprints in Jira to ship on budget. The app brought rent payments, background checks, applications, listings and leases together in one place, with vendors selected around customers' technical, privacy and legal requirements.
Touch of Color Estimating & Automation
I built Touch of Color's estimating and ordering system in JavaScript and Google Sheets, cutting estimate time 50% and supply costs up to 44%. Delivered in the crew's existing Google Workspace, it's had 5 years of production support. Today, estimators also use an AI agent to draft estimates from blueprints, with fixed calculations and room-by-room reconciliation.

When I learned you could create an entire exchange with just code, I had to do it! I designed and coded Gwin from scratch using Solidity and the Ethereum blockchain. The platform's algorithms were carefully crafted to ensure maximum balance and performance for small and large markets, allowing you to confidently trade in even obscure markets, like data. All you need is a Chainlink price feed. The pools are auto settled, so there's no need to worry about the risk of absent exit liquidity.

- A/B tested tool-call batching across 230 runs and 20 models: 25% fewer calls per turn, enabling a model swap with 92% lower cost per turn and 36% lower median latency.
- Cut incorrect brand and size answers 75% and invented values to zero in a 20-exchange offline evaluation, after four prompt rewrites failed to improve results.
- Wrote a release playbook with hard stops and checks that the deployed version matches staging. Built an AI video pipeline with storyboard approval and trained its non-technical operator.
